The Journey from the Landfill

PapanSouls is a non-profit animal rescue organisation founded in April 2020 by Keshturi Sivam, our Founder and President, in Ipoh, Perak. What began as a small act of compassion for the stray dogs living in a landfill has grown into a full-fledged mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned and injured dogs from the landfill.

Driven by empathy and community support, PapanSouls provides safety, medical care, and hope to hundreds of forgotten souls at the Papan landfill each year. Beyond rescue efforts, we work to raise awareness on responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering - striving to build a kinder, more compassionate world for animals.
